At CHYMEOCHY, we are committed to ensuring a refined shopping experience while maintaining the integrity of our garments.
Except in rare circumstances, returns are issued as store credit, which may be used for future purchases on our website or in-store.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original tags must remain attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, perfume, deodorant, or any signs of wear.
- Accessories are non-returnable.
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned:
- Discounted items.
- Custom-sized or made-to-measure items.
Return Shipping & Processing
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage, as CHYMEOCHY cannot be responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.
Returns are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the item has been received at our returns facility.
Once approved, store credit will be issued for future purchases.
Returned-to-Sender or Refused Deliveries
Packages may be returned to us if:
- The delivery address is incomplete or incorrect.
- The courier cannot complete delivery.
- The shipment is refused upon delivery.
In such cases, the order will be restocked and store credit will be issued minus the original shipping charge.
To avoid delivery issues, please ensure that your shipping address is entered accurately, including apartment numbers, building names, and postal codes where applicable.
Exchanges
Subject to product availability, customers may request an exchange for a different size or style.
If the new item has a higher price, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference and shipping cost.
If the new item has a lower price, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team within 3 days of receiving your order.
Our team will promptly assist in resolving the issue.
